INSURANCE FOR TRIP CANCELLATION AND OR MEDICAL COVERAGE DURING TRAVEL
If you cancel, you must pay a $50 cancellation fee plus any unrecoverable expenses that the club has incurred.
Prices include current taxes and surcharges, however additional air tax and fuel adjustments are possible.
Changes in flight schedules are possible.
Full Trip Prices include air and lodging.
Ground Only pricing does not include air, but does include lodging.
Lift tickets are additional.
Transfers from/to airport/condos are additional
Meals are not included unless stated in the detailed trip description.
If the airline charges for checked bags, those charges are not included in the trip price.
Prices are based on double occupancy per bedroom. Single supplements may be available for an added cost WHEN available.
Prices may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of Austin Skiers.

If you want "Cancel for Any Reason
" coverage or insurance for pre-existing conditions (yours or your family members at home), tour company or air carrier bankruptcies, or terrorism incidents you MUST
purchase insurance designated for that purpose generally within 7 to 21 days you make your first payment (deposit). Check with your insurance carrier as their cut-off
dates will differ. BEFORE
you sign-up with Austin Skiers we encourage you to shop around, ask questions and compare.
If you have already signed up for a trip you may still be able to purchase trip cancellation coverage for illness/injury before or during the trip.

FIRST STEP: Register for a trip ONLINE using the Trip links posted below.
DO NOT PAY FOR TRIPS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.
Mail the appropriate deposit amount directly to the trip chair. ($300
per person for Domestic
trips. International Trips
will be determined on a trip-by-trip
basis by the Executive Committee)
Make checks payable
to Austin Skiers
Send a separate check
for each trip
. Example: If you are going on 2 trips then mail 2 separate deposit checks.
Sending one check covering a couple going on the same trip is fine.
ALL TRIP DEPOSITS MUST BE MADE BY CHECK ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Trip spaces are not held until your check is received.
A CHECK FOR THE INITIAL DEPOSIT, and any additional payments due, must be mailed to your TRIP CHAIR'S address
which will be provided to you once you register for a trip online. Do not mail any payments to our P.O. Box.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
Austin Skiers will accept a credit card payment for the balance due on of a trip, however,
it must be prearranged through your trip chair and our treasurer and requires a PayPal invoice to be generated. Do not pay via our web site.
A 3% HANDLING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED ON ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES
* Many credit cards provide free trip insurance with payment
of a trip. This could save you 6-8% on your trip. Check with your credit
card provider regarding the scope of coverage.

A $300 deposit check per person is required for all domestic trips. International Trips will be determined on a trip-by-trip basis by the Executive Committee. Your space on a trip is not secured until your check has been received by a trip chair. Final payments must be received on time in order to keep your space on a trip.
